The match, scheduled for 8:00pm local time (15:00 GMT), will be a double header, with the first leg at the iconic San Sorento facing Juventus.
It is the second time in four years that the Italian champions have played the Rossoneri in the Milan-Milan Stadium, following a 3-2 defeat in the 2016/17 Champions League semi-final.
In a recent meeting, Milan took the lead through Giuseppe Rossi and Gianluigi Buffon, but Juve had a better run.
The Bianconeri won 4-0.
