Google has finally announced the first Google in India, a new Google-branded app store and app store with a major emphasis on local apps.
The app store will be available to users in the country from June 1, while the app store itself will launch in a few months.
It is expected to launch in India as well, though details have not yet been confirmed.
As per Google India’s announcement, the new app store is designed to help developers build apps in a simplified way, and will include a library of over 500,000 apps that developers can use for building and improving their apps.
« India is a very big country, and a lot of developers are starting to build apps that run on different devices and in different ways, » said Google India CEO Rahul Kumar.
The new app stores will come at a time when Google is ramping up its efforts to build out its own apps ecosystem, which has been under development for the last few years.
In June, Google announced a number of new features that will allow it to leverage its existing developer base to help bring developers new tools and capabilities.
In September, Google unveiled a new developer API that will enable developers to develop new and improved APIs for apps.
Google also announced a new version of its developer tools called Android Developer Tools (ADT), which allows developers to make their apps easier to build and distribute.
For its part, Google India has also set up a number for developers in the Indian app market to help them grow their business in the city.
While India has become the second biggest market for Google, the company has struggled to keep up with the demand for its apps and services in the market.
It has also been unable to provide adequate ecosystem support to its users in India.
It is also notable that Google’s App Store is still in beta, with the beta being used to test out various changes that it may make to the app stores.
For instance, it is still developing its Android platform, so it has not launched any of the official apps yet.
